A Friendly Reminder to Our Tournament Hills Neighbors
Tournament Hills is a wonderful place to call home and keeping it that way takes all of us working together. Please help us maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community by keeping the following reminders in mind:
Community Courtesy
- Please drive slowly and watch for children, pedestrians, and neighbors walking their pets.
- Please clean up after your pets and properly dispose of pet waste.
- Please be respectful of your neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially during the evening hours.
- If you notice a maintenance issue in the common area, please report it to management so it can be addressed promptly.
Pool & Amenity Reminders
To ensure everyone can safely enjoy the pool facilities, please remember:
- Pool hours end at 10:00 p.m. All residents and guests must exit the pool area at closing.
- Do not climb or jump over the pool gates if you forget your pool fob or are locked out. This is unsafe and may result in damage to Association property.
- Each household is permitted no more than four (4) guests in the pool area at one time.
- Please follow all posted pool rules and help keep the pool area clean by disposing of trash properly and returning furniture to its original location after use.
- Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests while using the Association’s amenities.
Gate & Community Security
The Association has recently become aware that someone has been writing the community gate code on the call box directory. This creates a security concern for everyone in the neighborhood.
Please do not write, post, or share gate codes on the call box or any Association property. These access codes are intended to help keep our community secure.
If you observe suspicious activity, unauthorized access, vandalism, or damage to Association property, please contact local law enforcement if appropriate. In an emergency, always call 911.
Thank you for helping keep Tournament Hills a safe, respectful, and beautiful community. We appreciate everyone doing their part to protect our neighborhood and be considerate of their fellow residents.

Understanding the Proper Process for Home Improvements
| The Proper Process for Home Improvements when you purchase a new home, it’s natural to be excited about personalizing the space and making it reflect your unique style and preferences. However, it’s essential to follow the correct process to ensure that any changes or improvements you make are compliant with local regulations and community guidelines. Failing to take the necessary steps to get approval beforehand can result in unwanted consequences, such as hearings, fines, and even the potential removal of unapproved modifications. By understanding and adhering to the proper approval process, you can avoid these issues and enjoy your home improvements without any setbacks. Do I need to submit an Architectural Approval Application? If the violation requires in-kind repair / replacement, an Architectural Approval Application is NOT required to be submitted. However, if the violation is for a new improvement or change to an existing feature of the property (including landscaping), an Architectural Approval Application MUST be submitted with a plot plan and Neighbor Advisement Form. Please refer to the Documents section of your Resident Portal to view the Architectural Guidelines, Procedures, and Forms.Thank you for taking the time to review the documents associated with your community that you may have not had an opportunity to review when you purchased your home.If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us at https://actionlife.com/contact. |
